Abby is an outstanding salesperson who truly goes the extra mile. We purchased a brand-new car that required a return visit for several fixes, and she handled the entire process seamlessly on our behalf.
That said, the car should not have left the lot in that condition. Luther ought to have completed a thorough inspection before the sale was finalized. Received excellent service from Abby with the purchase of my new (used) Range Rover! Overall great experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. The process was straightforward, and everyone was friendly and helpful.
We purchased a vehicle represented and sold as brand-new. Shortly after delivery, we discovered the vehicle had a defect that was not disclosed at any point during the sales process. When we contacted the dealership regarding the issue, they declined to take responsibility and instead directed us to GM/Cadillac, stating the defect was a manufacturing matter. We did not receive assistance, advocacy, or a proposed resolution from the dealership. This experience reflects a serious lack of transparency and customer support. Buyers should ensure vehicle condition and disclosures are carefully verified prior to purchase.

Senior Advisor Charlie at Vadnais Heights is very rude! Not go say he's racist but he accused my wife on trying to get free services and spoke to her like she was illiterate and my wife spoke to the supervisor Eric about the situation but he just brush it off like it was a normal thing to do. We will take our business elsewhere.

My husband and I was going shopping, but wanted to test drive the 2021 VW ATLAS. Ethan and Luther made me and my family feel comfortable through the whole purchase experience. Ethan took the time to answer questions, explained options, and I felt low pressure on the purchase. Even though it was a used vehicle, we had an experience as though we were buying new. The added touch of a bow and welcome sign went the extra mile. Ethan even followed up after the sale to ensure all was well.
Ethan was very helpful and professional. He provided additional information that was actually helpful to find the perfect vehicle. I never felt pressured by anyone to spend more than I intended or wanted to. Everyone also went out of their way to respect my correct pronouns, which is not something I expect to see at a dealership.
